Davie Campus Banner Request Form
As a service to ·¬ÇÑÖ±²¥departments, registered ·¬ÇÑÖ±²¥student organizations and other ·¬ÇÑÖ±²¥units, the Davie Campus provides space to hang banners to assist in promoting programming, activities, and events. Banner space is issued on a first-come-first-served basis and banner(s) must be approved by Creative Services prior to submission of this request. Banners will be hung for a maximum of two weeks.
Note: Please be aware that the banners size is 10' x 3' or 120" x 36".
Upon receiving approval email, submit a Work Order requesting the banner be hung by Campus Facilities with a copy to Patricia Koppisch.
Deliver the banner to Davie Campus Facilities (LA-155) one week prior to start date. If banner is not dropped off on time, the banner will not be hung. All banners must be picked up from Campus Facilities within a week of being taken down, or they will be disposed of.
